AREA(S) OF RESPONSIBILITY

* Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best
practices and scalable architecture principles.
* Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, script
includes, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, catalog items, forms, lists, and
application configurations.
* Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP,
IntegrationHub, web services, and ServiceNow APIs.
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document
solution options, and translate needs into technical designs.
* Support platform enhancements, production support, defect resolution,
upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.
* Participate in solution design reviews, technical governance,



code reviews,
and release readiness discussions.
* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and issue
remediation across ServiceNow applications and integrations.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications,
support procedures, and knowledge articles.
* Partner with testing and business teams to support functional testing,
regression testing, UAT, and production validation.
* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve platform
reliability, and enhance the user experience.
