Role Description

This is a full-time remote Volunteer role at 2M TV. The volunteer will support the channel’s day-to-day activities, which may include assisting with content research, helping prepare materials for news, magazines, documentaries, and entertainment programs, and providing logistical or administrative support to production teams. Typical tasks can involve organizing information, coordinating communications, updating internal documentation, and contributing ideas that enhance program quality and audience engagement.

The volunteer will collaborate with various team members virtually, follow editorial and production guidelines, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in media, television, and public service broadcasting, with motivation to support news, documentary, and entertainment content.
- Good research, organizational, and documentation skills to help prepare and structure information for programs.




- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, video conferencing, shared documents) and willingness to learn additional platforms used by the team.
- Ability to work independently, manage time responsibly in a full time schedule, and follow direction while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Professional, inclusive attitude, respect for diverse backgrounds, and commitment to non-discriminatory and ethical practices.
- Prior experience or studies in media, communications, journalism, or related fields are beneficial but not required.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic is an asset; additional language skills, including English, are considered a plus.
