Role Description The VLSI Design and Verification Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this role, the trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on VLSI design, digital logic, RTL coding, and verification methodologies to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating lab exercises and projects, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, and evaluating learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project reviews.

The trainer will collaborate with the academic projects team to align training content with industry requirements, provide mentorship on VLSI project execution,



and update course content based on emerging tools, standards, and technologies. Additional tasks include contributing to online learning resources, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and providing feedback to improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating technical sessions for students or professionals.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create structured, outcome-focused VLSI training programs.
- Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to develop learner-centric content and problem-based learning activities.
- Solid knowledge of VLSI fundamentals, digital electronics, Verilog/SystemVerilog, RTL design, and verification flows (e.g., simulation, functional verification).
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools and environments used for VLSI design and verification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and inclusively.
- Ability to design lab exercises, mentor academic projects, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Prior experience as a trainer, corporate instructor, or teaching assistant in semiconductor/VLSI domains is an advantage.
