Role Description This full-time remote Visual Designer role is responsible for creating cohesive, user-centered visual designs for AImploy’s digital products and marketing assets. On a day-to-day basis, the Visual Designer will conceptualize and produce UI layouts, icons, illustrations, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and product goals.

The role includes collaborating with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into clear visual concepts and polished deliverables.

The Visual

Designer will maintain and evolve design systems, contribute to brand development, prepare assets for implementation, and ensure consistency across web, mobile,



and campaign materials. Regular tasks also involve iterating on designs based on feedback, supporting A/B tests, and documenting visual standards for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and user-focused work.
- Ability to develop and maintain Branding and Graphics that support a consistent and recognizable visual identity.
- Experience in Web Design, including designing responsive interfaces and collaborating with developers on implementation.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
- Understanding of basic UX principles, layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility considerations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely across time zones.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to iterative feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in tech or AI-driven products is a plus.
