We Are Hiring: Visual Content Associate

We're looking for a Visual Content Associate to join the Dozers Creative Team.

You don't need years of experience. What matters to us is your visual sense, creativity, willingness to learn, and passion for creating great content.

Location: Chennai – In office only

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹2–2.5 LPA (Based on skillset & experience)

About Us:

We’re a Chennai-based creative agency working with F&B;, lifestyle, retail, and growing brands, helping them build their presence through strong storytelling, social-first content, and visually engaging content.

As a Visual Content Associate, you'll get hands-on exposure to different aspects of content production — from shooting and visual storytelling to editing and creative execution.

What You will do:

- Assist in shooting high-quality content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and brand videos.
- Learn and handle camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and stabilisation.
- Assist with basic lighting, audio, and production equipment during shoots.
- Learn and adapt to different visual styles based on each brand and campaign.
- Participate in creative discussions and contribute visual ideas.

What We are looking for:

- 0–2 years of experience in videography, content creation, editing, or a related creative field.
- Familiarity with cameras, gimbals, or basic production equipment is a plus.




- A strong interest in cameras, videography, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and video production.
- Interest in social media content and short-form video.
- Someone who is curious, creative, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
- Chennai-based and available for regular on-site and client shoots.

Bonus if you have:

- Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Photoshop.
- Your own camera or basic content creation equipment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Filmmaking, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Degrees are a bonus. Your creativity, visual sense, and willingness to learn matter more.
