Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Process Executive to handle visa application processing, documentation, client coordination, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end visa application processing.
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents from clients.
- Check applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and visa requirements.
- Maintain proper records of applications and client information.
- Follow up on pending documents, applications, and visa status.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, travel agencies, or relevant authorities when required.
- Keep updated with visa rules, documentation requirements, and process changes.
- Handle client queries professionally through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned visa applications.




- Maintain confidentiality of client documents and information.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / 12th Pass can apply.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, travel, or customer service is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
