- 1. Provide comprehensive visa consultation to clients seeking tourist visas, Study visa, spouse open work permit, concurrent visa for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
- In-depth knowledge of possibilities of getting offer letter from college/university on the basis of evaluating clients` documents.
- Complete knowledge of documents required for various types of visa.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing the necessary documentation for visa applications.
- Filing the application forms to colleges/University and verifying the credential, then sending the same to the colleges/universities in The UK, The USA, Canada and Australia.
- Identify sales opportunities, develop / implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple visa applications simultaneously.




- Assess clients' eligibility and guide them through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and requirements.
- Conduct thorough case analysis and review to ensure accurate and complete documents submitted in college/University and Embassy.
- Maintain client records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on visa applications.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.
- Monitor the sales performance of the team on a weekly/monthly basis.
