We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa and immigration services, handling documentation, and guiding applicants through the visa process. Candidates with prior experience in an immigration or travel consultancy will be given preference; however, fresh graduates who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide clients through visa application procedures for different countries.
- Review and verify visa documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with prospective clients and explain available visa and immigration services.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and application updates.
- Maintain proper client records and handle professional email correspondence.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and internal teams when required.




- Provide professional customer service and respond to client enquiries.
- Work towards assigned sales and service targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in visa consultation,tele calling, immigration services, or travel consultancy is preferred. Freshers can also apply
- Experience in an immigration or travel consultancy will be an added advantage.
- Degree or Diploma in any stream .
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good client handling, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
