Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer relationships through phone and digital channels.
- Generate business through existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable banking products.
- Follow up with customers for leads, sales, and service requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular customer communication and ensure good service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Banking, BFSI, or Relationship Management.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
CTC:
Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives
