Role Description The Videographer & Photographer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video and photo content that showcases Boba Bhai’s products, stores, brand story, and campaigns. Day-to-day activities include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing product and lifestyle shots, recording in-store experiences, and creating content for social media, digital marketing, and internal use.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and store teams on creative concepts,



maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines, organizing media assets, and managing basic post-production workflows. The Videographer & Photographer is expected to stay current with visual trends in food and beverage content and contribute new ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Shooting Video, including planning, framing, and executing visual stories.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and working with different Camera types and lenses.
- Practical knowledge of Lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots, including setting up and adjusting light sources.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar tools).
- Portfolio demonstrating food, beverage, lifestyle, or brand-focused videography and photography.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, photography, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
