Role Description The Videographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content that supports the brand.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up cameras and lighting, capturing high-quality video footage, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role may involve recording interviews, product demos, corporate events, and promotional materials, as well as coordinating with editors and designers for post-production. The Videographer is expected to maintain equipment, manage media files, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video production skills, including planning, storyboarding, and coordinating shoots.
- Candidates should possess hands-on camera operation skills,



including working with various camera types and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess lighting and shooting video skills to ensure high-quality, well-composed footage in different environments.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in managing camera gear and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand-focused content creation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage time well, and work on multiple projects in a rapid-paced setting.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is valued.
