About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Video Producer with strong pre-production expertise to develop compelling, brand-aligned video content. The role will manage the complete production journey - from understanding the brief and developing the concept to shoot execution, post-production coordination, and final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production

- Understand business, marketing, and campaign requirements and convert them into compelling video concepts.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, shot breakdowns, and production treatments.
- Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors.
- Complete all required approvals, permissions, and production logistics before shoots.

Production

- Manage end-to-end shoots for corporate films, interviews, product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, events, and social media content.
- Direct and supervise videographers, camera crew, lighting, audio, and production teams.
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage on-ground production activities and resolve production challenges efficiently.

Post-Production

- Review and manage editing, colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.




- Collaborate with editors and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
- Optimise content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and internal communication channels.
- Ensure all final outputs meet brand and quality standards.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, Corporate Communications, and external creative agencies.
- Manage production timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain organised video asset libraries and production documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing the pre-production stage of video creation.
- Strong expertise in concept creation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shot planning, and production coordination.
- Experience with a leading advertising, design, creative, or marketing agency is mandatory.
- Relevant educational background in film, cinematography, mass media, communication, or a related discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating pre-production ownership and visual storytelling capability is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience primarily limited to video editing or post-production will not be considered.
- Preferred age: below 30 years.
- Candidates based in Mumbai who are willing to relocate to Pune may also apply.
