About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer & Editor who can independently take a brief from concept to final cut — someone equally comfortable behind the camera on a jewellery shoot and inside the timeline crafting a polished, platform-ready edit. You'll shape how Ethera looks and feels across every video touchpoint: product films, campaigns, social content, and everything in between.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit video across Reels, YouTube, paid ads, campaigns, and product films.
- Take a brief from concept to final cut — ideation, shot lists, moodboards, storyboards.
- Plan and run shoots — lighting setups, camera/equipment, and on-set coordination with talent, stylists, and makeup artists.
- Edit footage into polished, story-driven cuts, and build motion graphics, transitions, and VFX in After Effects.
- Colour grade for a consistent,



on-brand visual mood across all content.
- Own quality control — continuity, product presentation, and overall production value.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years shooting and editing video, ideally with a fast-paced brand or content team.
- A strong eye for composition, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable owning a brief end-to-end, from concept to delivery, with minimal oversight.
- Adaptable across formats — social-first content and polished campaign films alike.
- Experience shooting product content is valued; jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus.

Skills Needed

- Videography & Cinematography — framing, composition, camera movement, lenses, lighting.
- Editing — proficient in a skilled NLE (Premiere Pro or equivalent).
- After Effects & Motion Graphics — animation, transitions, text treatments, VFX.
- Lighting Design — setups suited to different moods, products, and environments.
- Camera & Equipment — DSLRs/mirrorless, lenses, lighting rigs, gimbals.
- Colour Grading & Correction — colour theory applied for mood and consistency.
- Pre-Production Planning — shot lists, moodboards, visual references, storyboards.
