Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, cutting and rearranging clips, and creating polished video content for marketing, product demonstrations, training materials, and social media. Daily tasks include applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing basic sound adjustments, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and project teams to interpret briefs,



refine storylines, and align content with brand guidelines.

The Video

Editor will also manage project files, maintain an organized asset library, and optimize outputs for various platforms and formats.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating cohesive, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design visual elements, titles, and animated assets that support storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion graphics tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
