Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for various digital platforms, including ads, social media, campaigns, and brand stories, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day work includes assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and effects, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and account teams to refine narratives. The role involves color grading, creating or integrating motion graphics,



and preparing final deliverables in multiple formats optimized for different channels.

The Video

Editor will also help maintain an organized media library, stay updated on video trends and best practices, and contribute creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, overlays, and animations.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
