About the role

We're hiring for a fast-growing AI company in Bangalore that's building the platform coaches and experts run their teaching on — classical dancers, Carnatic vocalists, chess masters, yoga instructors. Their coaches teach over a thousand students a year through the platform, and the content team is what makes that possible.

This is a genuinely different editing job. You won't be cutting corporate promos. You'll be turning footage of real teachers into polished video content — the kind their students actually learn from, and the kind that brings new students in. A Kathak sequence one week, a chess breakdown the next.

What you'll be doing

- Editing raw footage into polished videos for social, digital and marketing use
- Assembling sequences, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio
- Colour grading so everything stays visually consistent




- Working to a weekly content rhythm across several coaches
- Keeping project files and assets organised as volume builds

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on video editing
- Strong on Premiere Pro (or Final Cut / DaVinci — we care about the cut, not the software)
- A positive instinct for pacing, rhythm and where to cut
- Able to turn work around quickly without dropping quality
- Editing samples with portfolio — this matters more than your CV

Nice to have, genuinely not required

- After Effects or motion graphics
- Experience cutting dance, music, fitness, yoga or education content
- Your own YouTube or Instagram editing work — that counts here
