About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage, images, and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality videos for digital marketing, social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and social media content formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, product videos, and ad creatives.
- Edit raw footage, remove unwanted sections, and create smooth and engaging sequences.
- Add transitions, animations, text, subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Create videos according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Resize and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
- Work closely with the Content, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas/scripts into effective visual content.
- Maintain consistency in branding, colors, fonts, typography, and visual style.
- Improve video quality through color correction, audio enhancement, and basic visual effects.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and viral content trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within defined deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and other creative assets.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of video editing principles and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, typography, and basic animation.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertising formats.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative/marketing team.
- Good time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising video production.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and engagement-driven content.
- Experience creating videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video editing and creative tools is an advantage.

Experience 2-3+ years of experience in video editing, depending on skills and portfolio.

Freshers with strong editing skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.

Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
