We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in short-form video editing, social media reels, talking-head videos, motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual storytelling.

The role will primarily focus on short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, talking-head videos, promotional videos, product videos, and social media advertisements, along with creating motion graphics and animated visual elements.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms
- Edit talking-head videos with clean cuts, jump cuts, captions, B-roll, transitions, zooms, and engaging visual elements
- Create high-retention reels with strong pacing, hooks, storytelling, and visual flow
- Edit promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, advertisements, and marketing content
- Create and integrate motion graphics, animated text, icons, illustrations, and visual effects
- Create motion graphic elements for advertisements, campaigns, presentations, and brand communication
- Add appropriate sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and audio enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and development teams to execute campaigns
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually engaging video content
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with current reel trends, editing techniques, transitions, motion graphics styles, and social media formats

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Strong experience in short-form video editing, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts




- Hands-on experience editing talking-head videos
- Robust knowledge of pacing, storytelling, composition, transitions, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
- Experience with typography animation, kinetic text, transitions, and visual effects
- Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, and audio editing
- Ability to create engaging videos from raw footage
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions quickly

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with branding or digital marketing agencies
- Experience creating high-performing social media reels
- Knowledge of current Instagram and YouTube content trends
- Experience with product videos and advertising creatives
- Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is an added advantage
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other motion/design tools is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content performance is a plus
- Knowledge in Higgisfield/Runway/Seedance is an added advantage
