We’re looking for a Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer with a flair for storytelling to join our team in Bangalore.

You should have a strong understanding of core design principles like composition, timing, typography, and visual hierarchy, and be able to translate complex ideas into dynamic, motion-based content that aligns with broader marketing and brand goals.

About the role

- Produce business wide content including Podcasts, Social videos, Brand campaigns, Large scale event visuals, animated videos, amongst others.
- Edit raw video footage, add motion graphics, and optimize content for multiple formats and platforms.
- Enhance videos with sound design, transitions, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design and develop 2D and 3D Motion Graphics for diverse media outputs and platforms (Digital and Social channels).
- Take ownership of projects, requiring minimal supervision and take them from concept to completion within established timelines.
- Ensure all motion assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ability to share new design perspectives and creative solutions that are aligned with evolving industry standards.
- Keeping track of new trends, technologies and software/tools in the visual communication design industry.




- Being a part of the creative team to ensure that design work consistently answers the brief in terms of look and feel, accuracy, functionality and brand identity.
- Measuring key performance indicators for video deliverables.
- Suggesting ideas and planning concepts for shoots

Great to have

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Degree or Diploma in Film Making, Video Editing/Production, Animation, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong professional portfolios and hands-on experience will be considered regardless of formal education background.
- Those with in-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, colour, space, sound mixes, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.
- Knowledge and Experience with Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition and Photoshop with special effects, Final Cut Pro
- Sound design and music synchronization
- Strong Communication with the ability to talk through design decisions.
- A self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a rapid-evolving environment.

- Knowledge about latest AI editing tools (Mid journey, Google Veo, AI Space, etc.)
