Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Video Editor based in Ahmedabad.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit raw footage into engaging video content for social media, campaigns, and brand assets. Daily responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color correction, and integrating graphics or motion elements to match brand guidelines.



The role also involves collaborating on storyboarding, adapting edits for different platforms, maintaining file organization, and ensuring timely delivery of video projects.

Interns will have opportunities to contribute ideas, learn production workflows, and support high-end content creation that aligns with KP Creatives’ digital and performance goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Production for short-form and long-form content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and mood.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Proficiency in common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion/graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior internships in video editing or media production are an advantage.
