Role Description The Video Editor role at InDesign Elements is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.
The Video
Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, creating compelling video narratives, and ensuring visual consistency across brand projects. Daily tasks include editing video clips, applying video color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and collaborating with designers and strategists to align videos with brand guidelines. The role also involves preparing video assets for various platforms, managing media files and project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

Editor will work closely with the creative team to support experiential design solutions and branded content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing footage from concept to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Ability to work with Graphics and visual assets to integrate them seamlessly into video content.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and ability to follow brand and design guidelines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related discipline is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
- Familiarity with UI/UX and branding concepts, and experience creating content for digital platforms, is an advantage.
Experience: 2–3 years Work Mode- Work from Office.
