Role Description The Video Editor & Content Production Intern at Explormee will work full-time, on-site at our Noida office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about video editing, content creation, and visual storytelling, and who wants to gain hands-on experience across the entire video production process.

The intern will be involved in shooting, editing, and producing video content for various digital platforms, including social media, podcasts, street interviews, and other brand-led content. Responsibilities will include assisting with video shoots, setting up basic camera and audio equipment, capturing engaging footage, and ensuring that the final content aligns with Explormee’s brand message and creative direction.

The role will also involve editing raw footage, creating engaging short-form and long-form videos, adding transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics, and ensuring smooth storytelling. The intern will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas that make content more engaging, relatable, and impactful.

Daily work may include street shoots, podcast shoots,



interviews, social media content, and other video production activities , along with organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting content deadlines. The intern will also assist with basic color grading, audio enhancement, and motion graphics integration where required.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how content is conceptualized, shot, edited, and published, while contributing to content that encourages self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including street interviews, podcasts, and social media content.
- Operate and assist with basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
- Capture high-quality video and audio footage while maintaining consistency in framing, lighting, and sound.
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
- Create reels, shorts, interview clips, podcast highlights, and other social media content.
- Add transitions, captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Assist with color correction and basic color grading to improve visual consistency and quality.
- Support the creation of titles, thumbnails, and other visual assets where required.
- Organize footage, maintain project files, and ensure efficient media management.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and execute creative direction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for engaging,



relatable, and platform-friendly content.
- Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.

Qualifications

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Video Editing and Video Production .
- Ability to assist with video shoots, including basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar .
- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics and Graphic Design , with familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Understanding of color correction, basic color grading, audio editing, and visual storytelling .
- Ability to create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction.
- Good sense of pacing, composition, storytelling, and what makes video content engaging.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a quick-paced, hands-on environment.
- Relevant coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio showcasing video editing, shooting, reels, podcasts, or other creative work will be an advantage.
