We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor/ Flimmaker Intern who is passionate about content creation, video editing, and visual storytelling. If you enjoy creating engaging short-form videos, experimenting with creative edits, and keeping up with social media trends, we'd love to have you on our team.

As a Video Editor Intern, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Design teams to edit travel videos, promotional content, social media reels, founder content, and brand campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing travel-tech startup.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tripy Package is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you'll assist in creating engaging travel videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You'll gain practical experience in editing, storytelling, content planning, and brand marketing while working on real campaigns.

This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or aspiring video editors looking to build a strong professional portfolio.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Assist in editing YouTube videos, promotional videos, travel content, and brand campaigns.
- Add music,



sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and simple motion graphics.
- Perform basic color correction and audio adjustments.
- Export videos in platform-specific formats.

1. Content Creation

- Support the marketing team in creating engaging travel-related content.
- Edit promotional videos for destinations, travel packages, festivals, and campaigns.
- Help maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels and trending content.

1. Social Media Content

- Create videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing styles.
- Assist in creating engaging short-form content that improves audience engagement.

1. Asset Management

- Organize project files, raw footage, and digital assets.
- Ensure projects are properly maintained for future use.
- Support the team in maintaining an effective editing workflow.

1. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative concepts.
- Deliver assigned projects within deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of video editing principles.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut




- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of video formats and social media platforms.
- A portfolio, personal projects, or sample edits will be an added advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Interest in travel, tourism, lifestyle, or content creation.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge.
- Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Basic photography skills.
- Knowledge of social media content creation.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new editing styles.
