Role Description The Video Editor role at Evolvex Digital Branding Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The role also involves color grading to ensure visual consistency, adapting video formats for different channels, and collaborating on concepts for new content and campaigns.

Editor is expected to manage project timelines, maintain organized file structures, and contribute creative ideas that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling, story-driven content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall video quality.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and animated elements.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for social media, web, and other digital platforms.
- Solid attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a good sense of pacing and rhythm in video content.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a digital agency or production environment is an advantage.
