Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Raipur.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions, and ensuring smooth narrative flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, syncing audio, and optimizing videos for various platforms and formats. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, implementing feedback efficiently, and maintaining organized file and asset management.

The Video

Editor is expected to meet deadlines, follow brand guidelines, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and overall content quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, with experience handling footage from planning through final delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent,



polished visuals that align with brand and project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for social and digital platforms are preferred.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
- Relevant experience in a creative, media, or marketing environment and a portfolio demonstrating video work are advantageous; formal education in film, media, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

COMPENSTAION

Annual CTC: ₹2.5–₹4 LPA

Monthly Compensation: Approximately ₹18,000–₹25,000

Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, editing skills, portfolio, and creative capabilities.
