Do Reels, trends, storytelling, technology, and creating high-impact visual content excite you? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join ChickCoop® in Patna location and bring the stories of farmers, poultry, technology, and sustainable agriculture to life through high-quality video content.

✨ What You’ll Do

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, farmer stories, and digital content
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) aligned with current trends and ChickCoop’s audience
- Turn raw farm footage, interviews, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, FarmTech, and business teams to execute creative ideas
- Leverage AI tools to enhance editing speed, creativity, subtitles, graphics, and overall output quality
- Add effects, transitions, sound design, colour correction, subtitles, and motion graphics to elevate content
- Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content for different social platforms
- Maintain consistency in ChickCoop’s brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity

? What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in video editing (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional Indian regional languages is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Solid working knowledge of AI tools for video editing and content creation (required)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, sound design, and visual aesthetics
- Up-to-date with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media trends, and evolving content formats




- Ability to independently transform raw footage into engaging, audience-focused content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Interest in agriculture, FarmTech, sustainability, AI, poultry, or rural entrepreneurship is an advantage
