Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in the Pune District.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit video content for social media, advertising campaigns, brand stories, and other digital platforms. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions, effects, and color grading to maintain brand consistency and visual quality. The role also involves creating motion graphics, integrating graphics and audio, optimizing videos for different formats, and collaborating on storyboards and concepts.





The Video

Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style and high-quality output.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance video storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including video formats and best practices.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual composition, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, animation, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency, production house, or similar creative environment is an advantage.
