Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kerala, India.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished TV commercials, corporate films, and digital content. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, refining story flow, adding transitions and effects, applying basic sound adjustments, and coordinating with directors and producers to maintain the intended visual style. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics, and preparing final deliverables in required formats for various platforms.

Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, meet production deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling of each campaign.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for advertising and digital content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is beneficial.
- Solid visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing and rhythm in video content are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment and manage tight deadlines is beneficial.
- Prior experience in advertising, film, or digital media production, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work, are beneficial.
