Role Description The Video Director at Beta is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end video production, including concept development, script interpretation, shot planning, and directing on-set activities to ensure a cohesive visual narrative.

The Video

Director collaborates with product, marketing, and design teams to create digital video content that showcases Beta’s software solutions and brand messaging. Daily tasks include supervising filming, coordinating with production crew and talent, overseeing video editing and post-production workflows,



and maintaining quality standards across all video assets. The role also involves managing timelines, aligning content with strategic objectives, and continuously refining visual storytelling approaches.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Direction and Video Production, with experience leading projects from concept to final delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Film Production and Digital Video, including camera work, lighting, and on-set coordination.
- Proficiency in Video Editing, with familiarity in industry-standard editing tools and post-production techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical or product-focused information into engaging visual stories.
- Solid understanding of visual composition, pacing, sound, and branding in video content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and production crews.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in directing video content for technology or software products is preferred.
- Degree or formal training in film, media production, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
