Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete video production process from concept development to final delivery.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments for brand campaigns.
- Direct shoots for social media, advertisements, clinic content, product videos, reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with doctors, models, influencers, content creators, and internal teams during shoots.
- Plan and manage shoot requirements, including locations, equipment, crew, lighting, props, and production schedules.
- Ensure videos maintain the brand's visual identity, quality, tone, and storytelling standards.
- Guide cinematographers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members.
- Review footage and provide clear direction during filming and post-production.
- Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to create videos focused on engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Oversee video editing, sound design, colour grading, graphics, transitions, and overall final output.
- Ensure all content is delivered within timelines and production budgets.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats, editing styles, and creative concepts.




- Maintain consistency in the visual language across all brand platforms.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, composition, lighting, and visual direction.
- Excellent creative thinking and concept development skills.
- Experience directing professional video shoots.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, audio, and production workflows.
- Good understanding of video editing and post-production processes.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital video formats.

Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in video direction, filmmaking, advertising, digital content, or production.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, D2C, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video direction and production work is required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
