Key Responsibilities

1. Build the Commercial Engine

• Develop and execute sales and commercial strategy. • Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and strategic customers. • Develop a strong customer base across targeted industries. • Lead key negotiations, partnerships and commercial closures. • Build and eventually lead a high-performing sales and business development team.
1. Build the Global Supply Network

• Identify and develop relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, processors and distributors. • Build sourcing networks for Titanium, Nickel, Rare Earths and other strategic materials. • Evaluate pricing, supply availability, quality standards and supply-chain risks. • Develop long-term supplier relationships and strategic partnerships.
1. Portfolio & Market Expansion

• Continuously research recent metals, minerals, alloys and advanced materials. • Identify high-growth opportunities and supply-demand gaps. • Evaluate new industries, products and markets for expansion. • Develop recommendations on what we should supply next and why.



The ability and willingness to continuously develop knowledge across new materials and industries is essential.
1. Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy

Work directly with the Founder/CEO to evaluate: • Which materials and markets to prioritise. • Which industries and customers to target. • How XXX should differentiate itself. • Trading, distribution and value-added business opportunities. • National and international expansion.
1. Strategic Integration & Expansion

Participate in evaluating opportunities across: • Backward Integration: sourcing, recycling and processing.• Forward Integration: value addition and manufacturing. • Vertical Integration: building presence across the value chain. • Horizontal Integration: expansion into complementary materials and markets. The role will also contribute to evaluating strategic opportunities, including Titanium recycling and processing.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines commercial intelligence, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset. You should ideally have:

- Strong B2B sales, business development, sourcing or commercial experience.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong research and market intelligence capabilities.
- Ability to understand complex industries and technical products quickly.
- Experience or interest in metals, materials, manufacturing, industrial supply chains or strategic commodities.

Candidates from metals, mining, advanced materials, industrial manufacturing, aerospace/defence supply chains, commodity trading, procurement, consulting or corporate strategy backgrounds will be preferred.

Education MBA preferred.

Candidates from leading IIMs, ISB, IITs, Ivy League institutions and globally ranked universities will be preferred. However, exceptional candidates with strong commercial and industry experience will be considered irrespective of academic background.
