Integra Global Solutions is seeking a VP of Accounting professional to manage the accounting and finance function for a US client and work closely with the CFO and senior management.

Key Responsibilities Oversee US accounting, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and audits. Manage US GAAP, P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, intercompany, multicurrency, and consolidation. Lead financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Strengthen controls, processes, ERP systems, and automation. Lead and mentor the accounting team and resolve complex accounting issues.

Requirements 10+ years of senior accounting/finance experience with solid US GAAP knowledge. Proven experience in financial reporting, complex reconciliations, intercompany, and multicurrency accounting. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working with US CFOs/senior management. CPA/CA/CMA and NetSuite/Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
