About the Role: -

Pet Pro Veterinary Hospital, Ludhiana is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to lead clinical care and mentor our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Lead complex case management across medical and surgical cases.
- Oversee diagnostics and surgical protocols to ensure high standards of clinical care.
- Mentor and guide junior veterinarians in clinical decision-making and technique.
- Shape and uphold clinical quality standards across the hospital.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet parents regarding diagnosis, treatment, and care plans.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to build a modern, evidence-based practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or MVSc (Surgery) with a valid license to practice (Mandatory).
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills.




- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and make sound clinical judgments in complex cases.

Preferred / Bonus

- Prior leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical setting.
