VEEVA DATA ENTRY / DATA ANALYST

Role Overview

We are looking for a Veeva Data Entry / Data Analyst qualified with hands-on pharmaceutical industry experience and strong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, key data inputs, reporting, and pharma data concepts. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent data accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to clarify business requirements before taking action.

Key Requirements

· Experience working in a pharmaceutical company.

· Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM, key data inputs, and report building.

· Good understanding of pharma concepts such as Accounts, Territory Alignment, Mapping, Rep Roster, GPO, etc.

· Strong data-entry accuracy and excellent attention to detail.

· Basic Veeva CRM reporting and Excel skills.

· Ability to ask clarifying questions to understand what a business team actually needs, such as a report, data fix, or process change,



rather than assuming or guessing.

· Ability to investigate data discrepancies or complaints logically, narrow down the likely cause, and know when to resolve the issue directly versus escalate it.
