nWe’re looking for a UX Designer with 3–7 years of experience, with strong expertise in Insurance platforms, who can translate complex business requirements and user needs into simple, intuitive digital experiences.

nIn this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the UX design process, from user research and defining user journeys to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and working closely with stakeholders and developers to bring thoughtful solutions to life.

nUser Research

n•Conduct user research to gain insights into users’ behaviors, needs, and preferences.

n•Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions.

nUX Design

n•Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys.

n•Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions.

n•Develop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences.

n•Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

n

nUI Design

n•Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

n•Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

n•Ensure consistency in design elements, such as typography, colors, and icons.

n•Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance during development.

nDesign System





n•Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure design consistency across products.

n•Advocate for the use of design system components and best practices.

n

nStakeholder Collaboration

n•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align on design goals.

n•Present and communicate design concepts and the rationale behind them to stakeholders.

n

nStay Updated

n•Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, especially Figma, to continuously improve your skills.

n

nRequirements

n•Experience in Insurance platforms is preferred.

n•Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

n•Minimum 3+ years of professional full time experience in UI/UX Design.

n•Strong and updated portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and end-to-end project work.

n•Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

n•Strong understanding of responsive UI design across mobile, tablet/iPad, and desktop/laptop platforms.

n•Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and communicate design rationale with confidence.

n•Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

n•A creative, user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and design-thinking skills.
