Role Description The Utility and Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves daily inspection and servicing of utility systems and equipment to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues, and carrying out repairs in a timely manner. The role also includes troubleshooting equipment faults, coordinating with supervisors and other technical staff, maintaining maintenance records, and following safety and compliance procedures.



The individual in this position will support continuous improvement efforts and help minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of utility systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to plan, schedule, and execute routine servicing that reduces breakdowns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair to diagnose issues and perform corrective actions on mechanical and electrical components.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to quickly identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing utilities, such as compressors, pumps, HVAC, or water treatment systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic electrical and mechanical safety practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance schedules, and to maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts as required.
