Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Kochi.

The User Interface

Designer will create visually appealing, consistent, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers. Day-to-day tasks include translating requirements into interface layouts, creating mockups and design assets, preparing design specifications, and collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation. The role also involves refining existing interfaces, participating in design reviews, and incorporating user feedback and analytics to improve usability and aesthetics. The designer is expected to maintain design systems, ensure brand consistency,



and support cross-functional teams with design-related needs.

Qualifications

- Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clean, contemporary, and accessible interfaces.
- Experience producing high-quality Mockups and design assets, including layout, typography, and iconography.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and the ability to collaborate on user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns.
- Basic to intermediate Front-End Development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to support effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and familiarity with design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
