**Role Description<

This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Mumbai. The person in this role will design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile products, translating business needs into transparent, user-centered layouts and interaction patterns. Daily responsibilities include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with UX designers and product managers, and refining designs based on stakeholder feedback and user research insights.





The role involves working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI specifications, maintaining design systems and style guides, and conducting design reviews to ensure consistency and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) skills, with the ability to create user-centered interfaces and interaction flows.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Mockups, including layout, typography, color, and responsive design for web and mobile.
- Familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and maintaining shared design systems or component libraries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and to present design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI design work for digital products; experience in HR tech or AI-driven products is an advantage.**
