You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital products and working closely with product, technology, and business teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n /n

- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from understanding user needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

- Conduct user research and translate insights into easy, effective, and engaging product experiences.

/n

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to define and deliver thoughtful UX solutions.

- Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and data.

/n

- Maintain consistency across experiences by following and contributing to design systems and UX guidelines.

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. /n Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping. /n Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools. /n Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /n Knowledge or experience of the broking/trading domain will be an added advantage. /n A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
