Hiring freshers and experience for Customer Support Representative at Kolkata, Salary flat 3LPA

Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming calls and responding to customer emails

- Resolving customer complaints and issues

- Assisting customers with product information and placing orders

- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors

- Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / BA / BBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc IT / MBA / MA / M.Com

- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

- Communication: Excellent English communication required

- Shift: Comfortable working in US/Night shifts





- Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational weekly offs

- Location: Kolkata

- Process: US Voice Process

- Tech Graduates: B.Tech / BE / MCA / Diploma are not eligible

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

- Walk-in: Daily walk-in interview at Wipro Kolkata office

Benefits

CTC: ₹3 LPA

Approx. In-Hand: ₹19K/month after deductions, up to 3K Night shift allowance
