Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Opt, Gc, Cpt etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related field.
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster etc. for sourcing candidates.
- Robust understanding of H1B visa sponsorship process and regulations.
