Role Description The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, focusing on the night shift and US process. This is a full time, in office role located in Rajarhat.

Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; and coordinating technical and client interviews. The recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting activities, such as candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support,



while maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The role also involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, meeting hiring targets, and ensuring a positive candidate experience for immediate and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills for managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills for sourcing and assessing technology-focused talent.
- Candidates should possess Hiring experience, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a night shift supporting US clients.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and major job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet hiring deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or in US staffing/US process is highly preferred; immediate joining availability is desirable.
