- Market and place IT consultants on bench with US clients and vendors.
- Search requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and recruiter groups.
- Match consultant skills with suitable job requirements and submit resumes.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate C2C/W2 rates and contract terms.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Maintain consultant profiles, availability, work authorization, and submission records.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline.
- Meet monthly submission and placement targets.
Preferred Knowledge
- Knowledge of US staffing, C2C, W2, 1099, OPT, H1B, GC, and US IT technologies is preferred.
