Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Executive Finance & Accounts with 35 years of experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, taxation, Tally, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Credit Control. The role requires good accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day finance activities and statutory compliances.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related activities.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Monitor credit control, outstanding payments, and collections.




- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounting entries and reconciliation using Tally.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for billing, payments, and outstanding matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Staffing/Recruitment industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, receivables, payables, and credit control.
- Hands-on experience with Tally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
