Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.

- Develop concept designs, layouts, space plans, and mood boards.

- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.

- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, colours, and accessories.

- Create design presentations and communicate concepts effectively to clients.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.

- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is in accordance with approved designs.

- Prepare BOQs and assist in material and cost estimation.

- Coordinate with vendors for material selection, quotations, and timely delivery.

- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues at the site.

- Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, safety, and budget requirements.

- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and design revisions.

- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
