Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Kubernetes Operators using Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM), including operator packaging, catalogs, bundles, subscriptions, install plans, upgrades, and release management.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for application builds, infrastructure deployments, testing, and release automation.
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and OpenShift deployment configurations.
- Configure and manage monitoring and alerting systems using the Prometheus Stack, including Prometheus, Alert manager, and Grafana.
- Build automation tools, scripts, and platform utilities using Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, observability, and application deployment issues.
- Implement platform security controls, RBAC policies, secrets management, and Kubernetes security best practices.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational overhead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE,



Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift in production environments.
- Experience managing Kubernetes Operators and the OLM lifecycle, including bundles, catalogues, subscriptions, upgrades, and operator release workflows.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes components, including Deployments, Stateful Sets, Services, Ingress, Routes, Config Maps, Secrets, RBAC, and Helm.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Experience configuring and managing the Prometheus Stack, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Proficiency in Git, pull-request-based workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Good understanding of Linux administration, containerization, networking, and cloud security concepts.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Kubernetes Operator development using Operator SDK or Kubebuilder.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Buildah.
- Experience with OpenShift operator certification, marketplace publishing, or disconnected catalog management.
- Knowledge of logging solutions such as Loki, Elasticsearch, or the ELK stack.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and Kubernetes policy management.
- Experience working in hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments
