n? About the Role

nWe are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B business growth by identifying industrial customers, generating new leads and developing strong client relationships.

n

nThe role involves lead generation, client meetings, industrial sales, requirement understanding, quotations, negotiations and order closures. Candidates with experience in selling engineering products, industrial products, manufacturing solutions or technical services will be preferred.

n

n? Key Responsibilities

n• Generate current B2B leads and business opportunities

n• Identify and approach industrial/manufacturing companies

n• Build relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Engineering & Plant Heads





n• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams

n• Conduct product discussions and client meetings

n• Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up for order closure

n• Achieve monthly/annual sales targets

n• Develop new accounts and generate repeat business

n• Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory

n• Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales records through CRM/MS Office

n

n? Ideal Candidate

n✅ 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

n✅ Engineering / Manufacturing industry experience preferred

n✅ Diploma qualification

n✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

n✅ Experience in B2B / industrial sales preferred

n✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

n✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings

n✅ Experience selling engineering/industrial products or technical services is an advantage
