N n About the Role

NWe are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B business growth by identifying industrial customers, generating new leads and developing robust client relationships.

N nThe role involves lead generation, client meetings, industrial sales, requirement understanding, quotations, negotiations and order closures . Candidates with experience in selling engineering products, industrial products, manufacturing solutions or technical services will be preferred.

N n Key Responsibilities

N- Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities

N- Identify and approach industrial/manufacturing companies

N- Build relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Engineering & Plant Heads





N- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams

N- Conduct product discussions and client meetings

N- Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up for order closure

N- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets

N- Develop new accounts and generate repeat business

N- Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory

N- Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales records through CRM/MS Office

N n Ideal Candidate

N✅ 1–3 years of experiencein Sales / Business Development

N✅ Engineering / Manufacturing industry experience preferred

N✅ Diploma qualification

N✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

N✅ Experience in B2B / industrial sales preferred

N✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

N✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings

N✅ Experience selling engineering/industrial products or technical services is an advantage
