About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our Partner Support Team. You will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for partners across India in our Motor Insurance vertical, ensuring seamless support, engagement, and business growth.

Gender Preference: Female

Location- Ahmedabad ( Thaltej)

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the SPOC for partners across India for the Health Insurance vertical.
- Coordinate with partners and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Drive product awareness and business generation through regular calling and follow-ups with both active and inactive partners.
- Provide end-to-end support and training on Health Insurance products.
- Assist partners with policy issuance, renewals, and operational queries.




- Maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance engagement and business growth.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Broking, Banking, or the BFSI sector.
- Experience in Health Insurance, policy issuance, and partner/agent coordination is preferred.
- ( freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in the insurance industry.
