Amex Technology is a software development & AI agency looking for someone to manage our Upwork bidding — finding the right jobs, writing tailored proposals, and tracking outreach, so our own developers can stay focused on delivery instead of bidding.
Responsibilities
- Search and shortlist genuinely well-matched Upwork jobs daily (web dev, AI/automation, GoHighLevel/CRM work)
- Write tailored, honest proposals using our real portfolio and case studies — no generic templates, no fabricated experience
- Track every proposal sent, client replies, and outcomes in our shared tracker
- Flag red flags (scope mismatch, unrealistic budgets, suspicious client history) rather than bidding blindly
- Coordinate with the founder/dev team on rate, scope,
and availability before finalizing proposals
Requirements
- Solid written English — proposals are client-facing and often the first impression
- Prior experience bidding on Upwork (your own account or on behalf of an agency) strongly preferred
- Comfortable reading technical job descriptions across web dev, AI, and automation work well enough to judge genuine fit
- Organized, detail-oriented — this role runs on consistency, not one big win
